for wholesale please contact wholesale@aqua-labs.com

Professional Aquarium CO2 Dual Stage Regulator and Solenoid Magnetic Valve

This regulator minimise increase in output pressure as pressure drops in gas cylinder and will prevent end-tank-dump.

Quality design and construction achieves excellence in control.

Integrated Solenoid (Magnetic) Electrical Valve (110-120V - American Plug / 220-220V electricity supply).

Adjustable working pressure up to 5 bar (will let you run more than one diffuser)

Dual gauge pressure indicators (tank volume and flow pressure / working pressure)

Industrial-grade Precision Needle Valve.

Innovative design provides extreme accuracy, dependability, and extended service life.

As pressure drops in the gas cylinder, our regulators are designed to minimise the resulting increase in outlet pressure, thus resulting in reduced gas costs, reduced cylinder handling, and improved accuracy.

Compatible with various size of CO2 Cylinders.

The thread is fits to UK, Europe, Japan and Taiwan standard (BS341 / DIN477 / W21.8)

Weight: 1.00

Our dual stage solenoid regulator represents the pinnacle of aquarium CO2 regulator design. This regulator provides the ability to adjust the output working pressure, meaning it can meet the pressure requirements of any aquarium.

The dual stage design within the regulator adjusts the output working pressure in accordance to the input pressure, meaning even if the input pressure increases when the CO2 cylinder runs low, the output pressure will remain at the pressure you have set it to. This completely negates any possibility of 'end of tank dump'.

The regulator also has an integrated solenoid magnetic valve to enable automatic deployment of CO2 at timed period using a mains timer plug or pH controller, meaning the CO2 is only on when it's required during 'lights on' times.

Tighten nut to CO2 cylinder or adapter using appropriate sized wrench or spanner (do not attempt to hand-tighten).
Ensure pressure adjuster is turned fully anti-clockwise to set output pressure to minimum.
Fully open the needle valve by turning anti-clockwise, and switch the solenoid on. This will reduce the initial pressure surge on the pressure gauges when the CO2 cylinder valve is opened.
Open flow of CO2 on the cylinder.
Turn solenoid off and close needle valve by turning fully clockwise.
Connect your bubble counter, tubing and diffuser to the regulator.
Slowly turn the pressure adjuster clockwise until it reaches 40PSI.
Turn solenoid on and begin flow of CO2 by turning the needle valve anti-clockwise.
Allow a couple of minutes for pressure to build in the tubing and diffuser.
Adjust needle valve until desired bubble rate is achieved. Adjust the pressure if required.
